Dr. Stephanie Mark
Dr. Stephanie Mark is originally from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, but is now a proud Virginian!
Dr. Mark earned her bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors. She then remained at the University of Pennsylvania for her dental education. While in school, she was a member of the clinical honors program, president of the Penn Dental Women’s Network, and volunteered regularly at local Philadelphia elementary schools to teach children about the importance of oral health.
After earning her dental degree, Dr. Mark returned to her hometown to complete a hospital-based residency program, where she gained advanced training in complex implant, endodontic, prosthodontic, and oral surgery procedures. While there, she managed medically complex patients, treated patients with special needs, and completed cases in the operating room.
After working for many years in Sterling, VA, Dr. Mark moved to Fair Oaks Dental Care. Her approach to dentistry is patient-centered and rooted in the most up-to-date scientific principles. She believes in preventive and minimally invasive treatment and providing her patients with the education and tools to maintain their oral health. Dr. Mark’s favorite part of dentistry is creating healthy, beautiful smiles and meaningful relationships with her patients.
Dr. Mark is passionate about lifelong learning, and completes extensive continuing education courses to ensure that she is providing her patients with the highest level of care.
When she is not working, Dr. Mark enjoys reading, playing pickleball, trying new foods, and spending time with her husband, Brandon, and her dog, Momo.
Nathan Brown | Office Manager
Nathan Brown is a dynamic and accomplished business professional with a distinguished record of leadership, operational excellence, and strategic team development. As the Office Manager for Dentists of Fair Oaks, he oversees all aspects of practice operations—including financial management, patient experience, compliance, and staff development—to ensure a seamless and compassionate standard of care.
With over a decade of progressive management experience spanning healthcare and corporate environments, Nathan has consistently demonstrated the ability to optimize performance, enhance profitability, and cultivate cohesive, high-performing teams. His leadership roles at Aspen Dental, Under Armour, DSW, and Total Wine & More reflect his deep expertise in operational strategy, performance management, and team empowerment.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Northern Virginia Community College. He is also a licensed real estate professional and has earned advanced certifications in Leadership and Ethics, Advanced Management, and Decision Support for Business—underscoring his commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
Beyond his career, Nathan is deeply family-oriented and finds balance in the simple joys of life. He enjoys spending time with his two daughters, being out on the water, and unwinding with a good movie or an exciting game. A lifelong learner at heart, he’s passionate about investing, exploring emerging technologies, and continually developing himself both personally and professionally.
